Crispin
Finds two Energy of different types, hands you one and attaches the other for free.
What this card does
Energy cards are what Pokémon need to attack, and you normally attach just one per turn. A Supporter is a help card with a one-per-turn limit. Crispin lets you search your deck for up to two Basic Energy cards of different types, then put one into your hand and attach the other straight to one of your Pokémon.
You play it in decks that burn through Energy quickly, to power up an attacker faster than the usual one-per-turn pace. The extra attachment from Crispin comes on top of your normal Energy for the turn.

Search your deck for up to 2 Basic Energy cards of different types, reveal them, and put 1 of them into your hand. Attach the other to 1 of your Pokémon. Then, shuffle your deck.
Crispin searches your deck for up to two Basic Energy of different types, puts one into your hand, and attaches the other to one of your Pokémon. It matters because that attachment is extra, on top of your normal one for the turn, so it speeds up Energy-hungry attackers. The two Energy must be different types.
Which deck it belongs in
Popular in Energy-hungry decks such as Raging Bolt and Ogerpon, where powering up attackers fast is the whole plan.

Pairs well with
Raging Bolt ex hits harder the more Energy it has, and Crispin speeds that build-up along.
Both accelerate Energy, getting Grass attackers online a turn early.
Use it on the turn you want to set up a big attacker, picking the two Energy types your deck actually needs that turn.
It is a Trainer card with no HP or attacks. Energy-acceleration cards like this are how decks attack sooner than one Energy a turn allows.
A common Supporter. Energy-focused decks often run a couple of copies to keep attackers fuelled.
