Pokémon Parents Oceania is a friendly, independent guide for families across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific whose children play the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
Why we built it
When a child gets into Pokémon, the questions come fast. Which cards matter, what the rules mean, where the events are, and whether any of it is worth the time. We could not find one calm, plain-English place for parents, so we made it. Everything here is written for a busy parent who is not a player, alongside simpler pages for the kids themselves.
How we keep it honest
We are an independent community resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures. When we point to a shop or a product, it is because it helps, not because we were paid to.
How we keep it safe
The site collects no personal information from children. Saved cards and trip checklists stay on your own device, with no account and no server. Our community is a parents-led Discord that children take part in through a parent. The full detail is on our keeping kids safe page.
