What this card does

You choose one of your Benched Pokémon and swap it into the Active Spot, sending the Active one to the Bench. It costs nothing to play. As an Item, you can play as many as you like in a turn.

A classic staple that fits almost any deck, including Dragapult ex, where moving a Pokémon out of the Active Spot matters.
