What this card does
Another Pokémon Tool. Rescue Board lowers Retreat Cost by one, and if the Pokémon is badly hurt, with 30 HP or less left, it can retreat for free.
It is built to rescue a damaged attacker before it is knocked out.

The Retreat Cost of the Pokémon this card is attached to is Colorless less. If that Pokémon's remaining HP is 30 or less, it has no Retreat Cost.
Retreat costs one less Energy, or nothing at all when the Pokémon is nearly knocked out. That lets you save a wounded Pokémon and the Energy attached to it.
