Air Balloon

What this card does
A Pokémon Tool is a card you attach to one of your Pokémon to give it a bonus, and you can attach one Tool per Pokémon. Air Balloon lowers that Pokémon's Retreat Cost by two Energy.
You attach it to a Pokémon that is expensive to move, so you can swap it out of the Active Spot without wasting Energy.
