As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides Colorless Energy. When you attach this card from your hand to 1 of your Benched Pokémon, switch that Pokémon with your Active Pokémon.
Jet Energy is a special Energy that provides one Colorless Energy. When you attach it from your hand to a Pokémon on your Bench, that Pokémon moves straight into the Active Spot. That means you can power up an attacker and bring it to the front in the same turn, without spending a separate switch card.
