Fan Rotom
Loads your hand on turn one so the rest of the game runs smoothly.
What this card does
On your first turn, it lets you pull up to three small Colorless Pokémon straight out of your deck and into your hand.
It gives a deck a fast, reliable start, so your child is less likely to be stuck with a poor opening hand.
Fan Call
Once during your first turn, you may search your deck for up to 3 Colorless Pokémon with 100 HP or less, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. You can't use more than 1 Fan Call Ability during your turn.
Fan Call works once during your very first turn of the game. It searches the deck for up to three Colorless Pokémon that each have 100 HP or less and puts them into your hand. This is what makes Fan Rotom a consistency starter rather than an attacker.
Attacks
If there is no Stadium in play, this attack does nothing.
Abilities
Once during your first turn, you may search your deck for up to 3 Colorless Pokémon with 100 HP or less, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. You can't use more than 1 Fan Call Ability during your turn.
Which deck it belongs in
It slots into decks that want a dependable opening, especially Raging Bolt ex builds that rely on having the right basics ready early.
- •Gives a strong, repeatable opening turn
- •Reduces the frustration of a dead starting hand
- •Easy for a younger player to understand and use
- •Fan Call only works on the first turn, so a late draw of it does little
- •Its own attack does nothing unless a Stadium card is in play
Pairs well with

It fetches the small Colorless support pieces the deck needs to power up quickly.
Try to open with Fan Rotom in the Active spot so you can use Fan Call right away on turn one.

A long-standing aggressive deck that pairs Raging Bolt ex with Teal Mask Ogerpon ex. It has Oceania pedigree, reaching the Top 8 at Australia's Melbourne Regional.
Rotom is famous for slipping into household appliances, and this form lives inside an electric fan.
This is a setup card, not a hitter. The thrill here is in the smooth start it gives, so do not expect it to win battles on its own.
