What this card does
It uses Trick Wind to stop your opponent from playing Tool or Special Energy cards during their next turn.
It uses Fluffball Star to deal 60 damage for every Energy attached to it.
Trick Wind
During your opponent's next turn, they can't play any Pokémon Tool or Special Energy cards from their hand. (160 damage)
The key feature is the Fluffball Star attack which scales its power with the number of Energy cards you have attached. This allows Whimsicott VSTAR to deal huge amounts of damage quickly once it is fully powered up.
Attacks
During your opponent's next turn, they can't play any Pokémon Tool or Special Energy cards from their hand.
This attack does 60 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon for each Energy attached to this Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) (You can't use more than 1 VSTAR Power in a game.)
