Whenever a player flips a coin for the Special Condition Burned between turns, that Special Condition isn’t removed even if the result is heads.
Normally, flipping heads clears the Burned status. This card changes that rule so the condition stays on the Pokemon even if the coin lands on heads. This makes it much harder for your child's opponent to recover from burns.
