What this card does

The Shining Vine ability lets you swap one of your opponent's Benched Pokemon with their Active Pokemon once per turn when you attach Grass Energy.

The Forest Dump attack deals 160 damage for three Grass and three Colorless Energy.

The Solar Plant GX attack deals 50 damage to all opposing Pokemon and heals all your Pokemon if this card has two extra Energy attached.

Signature ability

Shining Vine

Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, when you attach a Grass Energy card from your hand to it, you may switch 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon with their Active Pokémon.

The Shining Vine ability is the key feature because it allows you to force a switch on your opponent's side. This disrupts their strategy by targeting specific weak Pokemon or protecting your own.
