Unown J
Rotated OutA quirky psychic Pokemon that helps you find lost Trainer cards.
What this card does
Once per turn, if you play it from your hand to your Bench, flip a coin. Heads lets you search your discard pile for a Trainer card and add it to your hand.
Its Hidden Power attack removes the Asleep condition from the opposing Pokemon.
JUNK
Once during your turn, when you put Unown J from your hand onto your Bench, you may flip a coin. If heads, search your discard pile for a Trainer card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand.
The JUNK ability turns Unown J into a recovery tool. It allows you to retrieve a discarded Trainer card, which can be crucial when your resources run low.
Attacks
Remove the Special Condition Asleep from the Defending Pokémon.
Abilities

Which deck it belongs in
This card suits decks that rely heavily on Trainers and often discard them. It works best in control strategies where retrieving key items is more valuable than dealing damage.
- •Card recovery
- •Bench support
- •Status removal
- •Low health points
- •Coin flip reliance
- •Psi weakness
Use Unown J to retrieve a powerful Trainer card like Professor Oak's New Year, then play that Trainer on the same turn for maximum effect.
Unown are shaped like ancient symbols and their form changes depending on which letter of the alphabet they represent.
Remind your child to check their discard pile before playing this card, as the ability only works if there are Trainer cards waiting there.
