What this card does
The card stays in play for everyone.
It adds 30 hit points to every Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokemon on the field.
Training Center
Each Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) gets +30 HP.
This card increases the durability of your big attackers and forces your opponent to deal with tougher targets. It matters because it makes high damage strategies harder to stop.

It suits decks that rely on strong Stage 1 or Stage 2 Pokemon to survive longer in battle.
