What this card does
Toxtricity ex deals 90 damage to a single target using two Lightning and one Colorless energy.
It also deals 30 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon that already has damage on it.

The key feature is its ability to hit multiple targets. If the opponent has damaged Pokemon sitting on their bench, this attack hits them all for extra damage at the same time.

Which deck it belongs in
This card fits well in decks focused on Lightning energy and aggressive attacks. It works best when you can quickly put damage on your opponent's bench to maximise its second effect.
