Toxtricity's Sinister Surge can boost your Darkness Pokémon with Energy.
What this card does
Once per turn, Toxtricity can search for a Basic Darkness Energy card and attach it to one of your Darkness Pokémon on the Bench. Then shuffle your deck.
If you successfully attach Energy, place 2 damage counters on that Pokémon.
Sinister Surge
Once during your turn, you may use this Ability. Search your deck for a Basic Darkness Energy card and attach it to 1 of your Benched Darkness Pokémon. Then, shuffle your deck. If you attached Energy to a Pokémon in this way, place 2 damage counters on that Pokémon.
By attaching extra Darkness Energy, Toxtricity helps strengthen your Darkness-type Pokémon, making them more resilient in battle and better suited for taking hits without losing momentum.
