What this card does
The card attaches to one of your Pokemon as a Tool.
It allows you to use the Devolution attack during your turn.
This attack moves the highest Stage Evolution card from an opponent's evolved Pokemon into their hand.

The Pokémon this card is attached to can use the attack on this card. (You still need the necessary Energy to use this attack.) If this card is attached to 1 of your Pokémon, discard it at the end of your turn.
This card acts like a reverse evolution button. It strips away the power and abilities of an opponent's strong Pokemon, leaving it vulnerable in its basic state.
