What this card does

It can only be attached to Pokémon with the Team Rocket designation.
If attached to any other Pokémon, it must be discarded.

This card can only be attached to a Team Rocket's Pokémon. If this card is attached to anything other than a Team Rocket's Pokémon, discard this card. As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides 2 in any combination of {P} Energy and {D} Energy.
This card acts as a flexible power source for specific Team Rocket characters. It allows your attacks to use either Fire or Darkness energy without needing separate cards for each type.
