What this card does

Deals 20× damage for each 'Team Rocket' Supporter in discard pile.

Reconstitute allows you to draw a card by discarding two, while R Command deals extra damage based on how many Team Rocket Supporters are in your discard pile.

This attack does 20 damage for each Supporter card that has "Team Rocket" in its name in your discard pile.
