What this card does
It has 170 HP and can switch places with a bench Pokemon for free.
It deals 120 damage but requires discarding two Water Energy cards.
Its GX attack shuffles the opponent's active Pokemon and all attached items back into their deck.

The Tapu Storm-GX attack is the card's main feature because it removes the opponent's current threat entirely. This forces them to send a new Pokemon from their deck, which can disrupt their strategy significantly.
