What this card does
You can swap your Active Water Pokemon with one from your Bench.
The Pokemon you move to the Bench heals 30 damage.
Switch Raft
Switch your Active Water Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. If you do, heal 30 damage from the Pokémon you moved to your Bench.
This card lets you rotate your Water Pokemon out of battle to rest. It is helpful because the resting Pokemon recovers some health automatically.

It fits well in decks built around Water type Pokemon. You would play it when you need to heal a key attacker or defender.
