It sets the Weakness of all Lightning Pokemon to zero.

What it does

Sunyshore City Gym

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card. Any damage done by attacks from Lightning Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's) to the Defending Pokémon isn't affected by Resistance. Each Lightning Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) has no Weakness.

This card changes the rules for Lightning type Pokemon on the field. It means their attacks cannot be reduced by Resistance and they take double damage from nothing because their Weakness is removed.

Which deck it belongs in

It suits decks that rely heavily on Lightning type Pokemon dealing direct damage. Both players using Lightning types will feel its effect equally.
