What this card does
Uses Phantom Winds to retreat to your deck if it is on the Bench.
Cure Stream reduces incoming damage by 30 during the opponent's next turn.
Brinicles GX deals heavy damage and swaps this Pokémon with a Benched one.

Once during your turn (before your attack), if this Pokémon is on your Bench, you may shuffle it and all cards attached to it into your deck.
The ability Phantom Winds lets you remove Suicune from play if it is on your Bench. This resets its position without losing the card permanently.
Attacks
During your opponent’s next turn, the Defending Pokémon’s attacks do 30 less damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance).
Switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)

Use Phantom Winds only when Suicune is on the Bench. It will not work if the Pokémon is already in play.
Suicune embodies the north wind and is said to appear when cleaning a new stream.
