What this card does

If the opponent knocks out that Pokemon with damage, you place four damage counters on their Pokemon.

When the Psychic Pokémon this card is attached to is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent’s attack, put 4 damage counters on your opponent’s Pokémon in any way you like.
This card acts as a shield for your Psychic Pokemon. When the attacker defeats it, they suffer a penalty of four damage points distributed however you choose.
