What this card does
A Pokémon Tool and an ACE SPEC, so one per deck. It is for Tera Pokémon, a special shiny kind of Pokémon.
When the Tera Pokémon it is attached to attacks, the attack costs one less Energy of any type, so it can attack a turn sooner.
