What this card does
This card stays in play until another Stadium card is played.
It ignores Poké-Bodies on all Basic Pokémon for both players.
The rule does not apply to Pokémon-ex or cards with an owner in their name.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. Ignore Poké-Bodies for all Basic Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) (excluding Pokémon-ex and Pokémon that has an owner in its name).
Stadium cards change the rules of the game while they are active. This one stops most basic Pokemon from using their special passive abilities, which can stop strong effects before they happen.
Which deck it belongs in
It suits decks that rely on basic Pokemon with disruptive abilities. It helps when you want to neutralise those effects for both sides.

Play it early to lock in the effect before your opponent can bring out a Pokémon-ex.
