Slumbering Forest
Rotated OutA Stadium card that speeds up the recovery of Asleep Pokemon.
What this card does
The card changes how you flip coins to wake a Pokemon from sleep.
You flip two coins instead of one for each turn the Pokemon is asleep.
Slumbering Forest
If a Pokémon is Asleep, its owner flips 2 coins instead of 1 for that Special Condition between turns. If either of them is tails, that Pokémon is still Asleep.
When a Pokemon is Asleep, it usually needs heads on a coin flip to wake up. This card gives you two chances per turn by flipping two coins, making it much more likely for the Pokemon to wake up quickly.
Which deck it belongs in
This card suits decks that rely on Pokemon with sleep-inducing attacks or those that benefit from being asleep temporarily.
- •Faster wake-up
- •Better odds
- •Stadium effect
- •Only works for sleep
- •Requires two coins
- •Uncommon rarity
Flip both coins at the same time to save time during the game.
Slumbering Forest is a Stadium card that affects the whole playing area, not just one Pokemon.
The child will need to keep track of how many turns their opponent's Pokemon has been asleep to know when to flip these extra coins.
