Slowking
It copies an attack straight off the top of your deck, so one Slowking can be any attacker you need.
What this card does
Slowking is a Stage 1 Pokémon, which means it evolves from Slowpoke during the game. It is a single-Prize Pokémon, so it is cheap to lose.
Its attack does modest damage, but its real value is sending the opponent's Energy back to their hand, which forces them to set up all over again.
Seek Inspiration
Discard the top card of your deck, and if that card is a Pokémon that doesn't have a Rule Box, choose 1 of its attacks and use it as this attack. (Pokémon ex, Pokémon V, etc. have Rule Boxes.)
For one Psychic Energy and a Colourless, discard the top card of your deck. If that card is a Pokémon without a Rule Box, Slowking chooses one of its attacks and uses it as this attack. A single Slowking can throw out a different big hit each turn.

It anchors the Seek Inspiration deck, which is packed with single-Prize Pokémon that have strong attacks, so whatever Slowking flips off the top still hits hard.
