What this card does
Silver Feather puts 2 damage counters on any Basic Pokémon your opponent plays from their hand during their next turn.
Metal Max discards all attached Metal Energy to deal 20 plus 40 damage for each coin flip that lands heads.

During your opponent's next turn, when your opponent puts a Basic Pokémon from his or her hand onto his or her Bench, put 2 damage counters on that Pokémon. (20 damage)
This card uses its Silver Feather attack to punish opponents who rely on bringing new Basic Pokémon into play. It can also unleash a powerful Metal Max attack if you have enough Metal Energy attached, though it requires discarding that energy to work.
