What this card does
It has 60 HP and costs one Colorless Energy to use Ripple.
Ripple flips a coin and places damage counters on all opposing Pokemon if it lands heads.
It uses Brine for two Water Energy to deal 20 damage to a damaged opponent's Pokemon.
Ripple
Flip a coin. If heads, put 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon.
The Ripple attack allows you to place damage counters on every Pokemon your child's opponent has in play. This is significant because it can quickly weaken multiple targets at once rather than focusing on just one.
Attacks
Flip a coin. If heads, put 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon.
Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon that has any damage counters on it. This attack does 20 damage to that Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

This card fits well into decks that aim to control the board by spreading damage across several opponents. It works best when paired with cards that benefit from or protect against widespread damage.
