Salamence LV.X
Rotated OutA powerful Level-Up Pokemon that rewards its trainer with extra prizes for every opponent Pokemon it knocks out.
What this card does
Salamence LV.X has 160 HP and uses Colorless energy to attack.
It attacks with Steam Blast for 100 damage but requires you to discard one of its attached Energy cards.
It has the ability Double Fall which lets you take an extra Prize card for each opponent Pokemon knocked out by its attacks this turn.
Double Fall
Once during your turn (before your attack), when you put Salamence LV.X from your hand onto your Active Salamence, you may use this power. For each of your opponent's Pokémon that is Knocked Out by damage from Salamence's attacks this turn, take 1 more Prize card.
The key feature is Double Fall. You activate it when you place this card onto your Active Salamence. If your attacks knock out multiple opponent Pokemon in one turn, you collect more than the usual one Prize card for each knockout.
Attacks
Discard an Energy card attached to Salamence.

Which deck it belongs in
This card suits aggressive decks that aim to defeat opponent Pokemon quickly. It works best when paired with cards that help discard Energy or recover from its high energy cost.
- •High damage output
- •Extra prize cards
- •Strong presence
- •Discards Energy
- •One use ability
- •Colorless weakness
Use Double Fall to target weaker opponent Pokemon first to maximise the extra Prize cards you gain.
Salamence is known for its fierce temperament and powerful wings that allow it to soar through the sky.
Help your child remember to activate Double Fall before attacking, as it only happens once per turn.
