What this card does
The card attaches to one of your Pokemon as a Tool.
When that Pokemon is damaged by an opponent's attack, you take one Energy from the attacker and give it to them.
Rugged Helmet
If the Pokémon this card is attached to is in the Active Spot and is damaged by an attack from your opponent's Pokémon (even if it is Knocked Out), put an Energy attached to the Attacking Pokémon into your opponent's hand.
This card turns damage into a resource for your opponent. It forces the attacking player to manage their energy supply more carefully because every hit costs them something.
