What this card does
This card prevents your opponent's poisoned Pokemon from retreating during their next turn.
The rule applies to any Pokemon that is poisoned, even if it becomes poisoned after you play this card.

During your opponent's next turn, their Poisoned Pokémon can't retreat. (This includes newly Poisoned Pokémon.)
Roxie's Performance locks a poisoned Pokemon in place so it cannot flee the battle. This matters because it forces your opponent to keep taking damage or fighting with a weakened unit.
