What this card does
It uses Plasma to attach a discarded Lightning energy card back onto itself.
It uses Electroburn for high damage but hurts itself based on how many energies it has.

The Plasma attack lets you retrieve Lightning energy cards from your discard pile and put them back onto this Pokemon. This makes it easier to power up for the next turn without searching your deck.
