What this card does
Trash Burst lets you discard up to five Energy cards from your hand to deal 10 plus 10 more damage for each discarded card.
Twister costs four Colorless Energy and flips two coins to potentially discard Energy attached to the opposing Pokemon.

This card uses its own resources as ammunition. You sacrifice Energy from your hand to boost the damage of Trash Burst, making it a high risk high reward move that relies on having plenty of Energy cards available.
