What this card does

The Psychic attack deals 70 damage plus an extra 20 for each Energy attached to the opponent's Active Pokemon.

The Loving Veil ability acts as a shield for your whole team against powerful Pokemon V. The Psychic attack grows stronger the more energy the opponent has attached, turning their resource advantage into a bigger hit.
