What this card does
The Pump Shot ability lets you discard a Water Energy card to place two damage counters on one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.
The Torrential Cannon attack costs two Water and one Colorless energy to deal 170 damage but prevents this Pokémon from using that attack again for a turn.

You must discard a Water Energy card from your hand in order to use this Ability. Once during your turn, you may put 2 damage counters on 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon.
This card allows you to bypass the main front line by attacking weaker Pokémon on the bench. It is a strategic move designed to weaken your opponent's reserves quickly.
