What this card does
When one of your Pokémon evolves into Primal Kyogre EX, all damage on it is healed.
It can deal 150 damage by moving two Energy cards to another Pokemon in play.
It deals an extra 30 damage to each of the opponent's Benched Pokemon-EX.

The key ability ensures that when you evolve your Kyogre, it starts fresh with full health. The Tidal Storm attack allows you to shift Energy resources while hitting multiple weak targets on the bench.
