What this card does
You must have Galarian Obstagoon in play to use this card.
You discard two random Energy cards attached to your opponent's Active Pokemon.

You can use this card only if you have Galarian Obstagoon in play. Discard 2 random Energy from your opponent's Active Pokémon.
This card forces the opponent to lose resources they cannot choose. It works well when you have already set up your Galarian Obstagoon on the bench.
Which deck it belongs in
It fits decks that include Galarian Obstagoon and rely on disrupting the opponent's attacks. It is less useful in fast decks that do not play support Pokemon.
