What this card does

It uses Cat Walk to search your deck for two new cards if a Pokemon-GX was knocked out last turn.

It attacks with Vengeance, dealing extra damage based on how many Pokemon are in the discard pile.

It uses Slash Back GX to deal 150 damage and swap itself with a Pokemon from the bench.

Signature ability

Cat Walk

Once during your turn (before your attack), if 1 of your Pokémon-GX or Pokémon-EX was Knocked Out during your opponent’s last turn, you may search your deck for up to 2 cards and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. You can’t use more than 1 Cat Walk Ability each turn.

The card shines when your opponent knocks out one of your powerful Pokemon-GX. This triggers Cat Walk, letting you dig through your deck for key cards like Energy or support items. It turns a setback into a strategic advantage.

Which deck it belongs in

Watch out for
  • Fighting weakness

Pro tip

Use Cat Walk early to find Energy cards if your opponent knocks out a Pokemon-GX, ensuring you can attack next turn.

From the Pokédex

Persian is known for its agility and sharp claws, which matches its ability to switch positions and strike back in the game.

Note for the parent

Remind your child they can only use one GX attack per entire game, so saving Slash Back for a critical moment is important.
