What this card does
The Patrol Cap is a Trainer card of the Tool type.
It attaches to an Active Pokemon in your play area.
While attached, it prevents cards in your deck from being discarded by any opponent effects.

As long as the Pokémon this card is attached to is in the Active Spot, cards in your deck can't be discarded by effects of your opponent's attacks, Abilities, Item cards, Pokémon Tool cards, or Supporter cards.
This card acts as a shield for your entire deck. It ensures that the opponent cannot force you to throw away cards from your draw pile using their special moves or trainer cards.
