What this card does
The Panic Mask is a Trainer card of the Tool type.
You attach it to one of your Pokemon during the game.
It stops all damage from attacks made by opponent Pokemon with 40 HP or less remaining.

Prevent all damage done to the Pokémon this card is attached to by attacks from your opponent's Pokémon that have 40 HP or less remaining.
This card acts as a shield for your vulnerable Pokemon. It completely blocks damage from weaker opponents that are close to being knocked out, giving your Pokemon a chance to survive and fight back.
Which deck it belongs in
It suits decks that rely on keeping one key Pokemon alive while it attacks. It works best when you have other cards that can reduce opponent Pokemon health to 40 HP or less quickly.
