N's Joltik
A fragile Lightning attacker that strips away opponent equipment to cause paralysis.
What this card does
The card has 40 HP and requires one Lightning energy to play.
Its Zapping Short attack costs two Colorless energies and deals 30 damage.
Before dealing damage, you must discard all Pokémon Tools attached to the opponent's Active Pokémon.
Zapping Short
Before doing damage, discard all Pokémon Tools from your opponent's Active Pokémon. If you discarded a Pokémon Tool in this way, your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Paralyzed. (30 damage)
This card forces the removal of tools like Ability cards or special items from your opponent's active Pokemon. If it succeeds, the paralysis status prevents that Pokemon from retreating or attacking next turn.
Attacks

Which deck it belongs in
It fits into decks that rely on disrupting the opponent's setup rather than dealing heavy damage. It works well when paired with other Lightning types to handle tool-heavy strategies.
- •Disrupts opponent tools
- •Causes paralysis
- •Low energy cost
- •Very low HP
- •Fighting weakness
- •Conditional effect
Use this attack early before the opponent attaches many tools to make the paralysis effect more likely.
Joltik are small bugs that generate static electricity and often ride on larger Pokemon like Pikachu.
Remind your child that this card is very fragile and will be knocked out by most attacks, so it needs protection or quick play.
