What this card does
It has an ability that stops all damage from Colorless Pokemon attacks.
It can discard its own energy to deal huge amounts of damage based on how much was discarded.
It has a special GX attack that hits every opponent's strong Pokemon for 100 damage.

The key feature is the Prismatic Burst attack which lets you trade all your Psychic Energy cards for extra damage. This means if you discard five energy cards the attack deals 400 damage in total.
