What this card does
This Trainer card stays in play until another Stadium card replaces it.
It sets the Retreat Cost to zero for all Psychic and Darkness Pokemon on both sides of the field.
Moonlight Stadium
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card. The Retreat Cost for each Psychic and Darkness Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's) is 0.
Retreat cost is the number of Energy needed to move a Pokemon back to your bench. This card makes that cost zero, so you can switch your Psychic or Darkness Pokemon freely without spending extra resources.
