What this card does
It deals a small amount of damage normally, but a much bigger hit when the opponent's Active is an ex Pokémon.
It gives a deck a low-cost Fire attacker that only awards one Prize card if knocked out.

If your opponent's Active Pokémon is a Pokémon ex, this attack does 90 more damage. (20+ damage)
Fighting Wings does 20 damage on its own. If the opponent's Active Pokémon is a Pokémon ex, it does 90 more, for 110 in total. This makes Moltres a cheap counter to the powerful ex cards many decks rely on.
