What this card does

The Flustered Leap ability lets you discard your deck's bottom card to move this Pokemon from the Bench to the top of your deck.

The Sprinkle Water attack deals 30 damage for one Water energy.

Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is on your Bench, you may discard the bottom card of your deck. If you do, discard all cards from this Pokémon and put this Pokémon on top of your deck.

This ability allows a player to remove a card they do not want from the bottom of their deck. It also ensures this specific Pokemon is drawn next, which can be useful for positioning or triggering other effects.
