What this card does
Misty's Gyarados has 180 hit points and evolves from Misty's Magikarp.
It can use Splashing Panic to deal damage based on how many of your other Misty Pokémon you discard.
It can also use Waterfall for a steady 120 damage if you have enough energy.

The key attack is called Splashing Panic. You discard the top seven cards of your deck and count how many are Misty Pokemon to decide the damage amount. This makes it very strong if your deck has many Misty cards.
