Mismagius GL
Rotated OutA Psychic-type Mismagius that can strip away opponent resources or deal heavy damage based on game progress.
What this card does
The Psychic Removal attack flips two coins. If both are heads, it discards all Energy attached to the defending Pokemon.
The Grudge attack deals 20 damage plus 10 more for each Prize card your opponent has taken.
Grudge
Does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each Prize card your opponent has taken. (20+ damage)
This card offers two distinct strategic options depending on the match state. You can use Psychic Removal to disrupt an opponent's setup by removing their Energy, or switch to Grudge to deal increasing damage as you get closer to winning.
Attacks
Flip 2 coins. If both of them are heads, discard all Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon.
Does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each Prize card your opponent has taken.
Which deck it belongs in
It works well in decks that aim to control the flow of the game by hindering the opponent's resources. It also fits into aggressive strategies that seek to take Prize cards quickly to maximise the damage output of its second attack.
- •Resource denial
- •Scaling damage
- •Versatile attacks
- •Weak to Darkness
- •Random coin flips
- •Requires specific Energy
Use Grudge when your opponent has already lost at least one Prize card to significantly increase the damage.
Mismagius is known for its elegant movements and is said to bring bad luck to those who see it.
Watch for the coin flip on the first attack, as the outcome is entirely random and may not always be successful.
