Mightyena ex
Rotated OutA powerful Darkness type that can disrupt the opponent's setup and deal heavy damage to big targets.
What this card does
The Driving Howl ability lets you swap the opponent's active Pokemon with one on their bench, but only if your Mightyena is healthy.
The Sharp Fang attack deals 30 damage for two Colorless energy.
The Hyper Claws attack deals at least 50 damage and gains an extra 40 damage if the target is a Stage 2 Pokemon.
Driving Howl
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may choose 1 of the Defending Pokémon and switch it with 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. Your opponent chooses the Benched Pokémon to switch. This power can't be used if Mightyena ex is affected by a Special Condition.
The Driving Howl ability allows you to force a switch by choosing which of your opponent's bench Pokemon becomes the new active defender. This matters because it lets you dodge attacks or set up for easier wins, though your Mightyena cannot use this if it has a status condition like paralysis.
