Meteor Falls
Rotated OutA Stadium card that lets your Evolved Pokemon copy weaker attacks.
What this card does
This card stays in play until another Stadium card is played.
It allows each player's Active Evolved Pokemon to use any attack from its Basic or Stage 1 form.
You must still pay the Energy cost for the copied attack.
Meteor Falls
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. Each player's Active Evolved Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-ex) can use any attack from its Basic Pokémon or its Stage 1 Evolution card. (You still have to pay for that attack's Energy cost.)
This card changes the rules of the game by letting your Evolved Pokemon borrow attacks from its earlier forms. It matters because it gives you more options in battle without needing to evolve further.
Which deck it belongs in
It suits decks that rely on Stage 1 or Stage 2 Pokemon but lack strong attacks at those stages. It works well if your basic forms have powerful moves that are cheaper to use.
- •Adds versatility
- •Uses existing Energy
- •Stays active longer
- •Irrelevant against Pokemon-ex
- •Removed by other Stadiums
- •Requires specific setup
Check if the copied attack has a high energy cost before using it to avoid wasting turns.
Meteor Falls is a real cave system in Japan known for its stalactites and stalagmites.
Remind your child that they still need enough Energy cards in their discard pile to pay for the copied attack.
