What this card does
Metal Energy provides the Metal energy needed to use Metal attacks.
It lowers the damage taken by your Metal Pokemon by 10 points.
This protection only works if the Pokemon is a Metal type.

Damage done by attacks to the Pokémon that Metal Energy attached to is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Metal Energy is attached to isn't Metal. Metal Energy provides Metal Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)
This card acts as a shield for your Metal Pokemon. It cuts down incoming damage by ten points after weakness and resistance are calculated.
